Since 1968, Imprint Plastic has supplied the Australian public and industry with quality badges, signs and fabrications. With unlimited variations, we can manufacture anything in plastic to accommodate your specific needs. We manufacture all types of signs, from desk signs and industrial safety signs to name plates. We have the facilities to custom make a range of plastic equipment, medical and storage containers, bed signs, head boxes, clipboards and chart holders.

As specialist badge makers, we employ several different processes to make your badges individual and eye catching. We also produce ID and membership cards. We are also licensees for Rotary, Probus and Lions.

Variations are virtually limitless. With everything being manufactured in our Myaree factory, it is possible for us to accommodate your specific needs.

We cater to single productions as well as bulk orders and use a variety of methods of production to bring you the finished product.

These methods are:

  • Engraving:
    • An etching or laser process providing you with a large selection of colour combinations and finishes.
  • Dye Diffusion (multiple or single colours):
    • Which uses heat to diffuse colours into the surface of cards
  • Dye Sublimation:
    • Which uses heat to diffuse colours onto the surface of specially coated coffee mugs, aluminium sheets, t-shirts, stubbie holders & coasters.
  • Clear Doming (Optional Extra):
    • A clear polymer coating which enhances the overall appearance and provides additional protection to the badge.
